Open Space Committee April 25, 2007 / 7:30 pm

Approval of Meeting Minutes
MOTION: Glen moved and Frank seconded to approve the February 28, 2007, March 28, 2007 and
April 17, 2007 meeting minutes.
APPROVED: unanimously.
Wiley Park Signage
We hope to wrap up all the editing and get the proofs off to the vendor by May 1.
Henry distributed sets of the large sign drafts for the committee’s review.
Very detailed and lengthy discussion ensued with respect to wording, language and content for the six proposed large sign panels.
Henry had examples of the post and stand the signs will be displayed on.
1651 Forest
Sue Haley reported the spring planting was done last Saturday. 30 understory plants were installed, located and labeled.
Community Preservation Act Committee
Glen said he thinks someone from the open space committee should speak to the bridge article at Town meeting.
